Is there some kind of gay signal that you're body is naturally giving people, yet you don't feel attracted to the same sex?

I'm sure some of you have been in situations where because of the tone of the conversation, you can tell someone is hinting at or trying to dig to see if you like the same sex. if this keeps happening. does that mean you actually are into the same sex but you haven't realized it yet?
